Camp at Epona’s Acres
At Epona’s Acres, our camps are designed to be much more than just “horse time” - they are an opportunity for children and youth to connect, grow, and learn alongside gentle, intuitive horses in a supportive farm environment.
Through hands-on experiences with our herd, campers develop meaningful relationships with the horses and with each other while building important life skills such as responsibility, problem-solving, communication, and compassion. Our approach is rooted in connection rather than performance - encouraging curiosity, confidence, and empathy every step of the way.
Each day blends time with the horses, creative activities, outdoor play, and collaborative group experiences. Campers learn how to “listen” to horses through body language and non-verbal communication, gaining insight into how animals - and people - express feelings, boundaries, and needs without words. These lessons naturally translate into stronger self-awareness and social skills in everyday life.
